NotfyMe is a lightweight desktop enhancement utility built specifically for helping you set up reminders with customizable text messages, images, and background sound.

You are welcomed by a clean feature lineup that allows you to configure the dedicated parameters with minimal effort. It offers support a built-in virtual desktop, which enables you to preview the reminders before triggering them.

NotfyMe gives you the possibility to specify the text message, apply fading in/out effects, display the text and image, activate the background sound, specify the time when the reminder is triggered or use a countdown timer, as well as customize the text in terms of font, size, and color.

Plus, you may choose the text displaying mode (e.g. balloon and overlay, balloon bubble), upload an image (JPG, BMP, WMF, PNG) from your computer, pick the desktop background displaying mode (stretch, center, or tile), and insert an audio file or playlist (WAV, MP3, M3U).

What’s more, you can make the tool run at Windows startup, save the reminder to a file so you can upload it in your future projects, stop or resume the process, delete the selected reminders, as well as use hotkeys for a better control over the entire process.

During our testing we have noticed that NotfyMe carries out a task very quickly and without errors. It is quite friendly with system resources, so the overall performance of the computer is not hampered.
