RelaxMyEyes was designed to be an eyecare software to help you avoid computer eye-strain.

Just start it and like a small sentinel it starts to plan relaxing pauses to your workday. When it's time to take a break, it displays a message on your screen. You can add your own messages that are displayed when it is time to take a break, display a picture in the alert and set your own work period length if you want.
