In an effort to enhance the experience with working with multiple windows, SnapIt is an application that was conceived to empower those seeking a more potent window manager. Simple to use, the app allows one to efficiently "snap" their windows according to their custom layout, all for greater productivity.

On multi-monitor and ultrawide setups, making use of the OS' window management feels largely lacking, which is where a look like this comes in. A default layout will be selected right after booting up the app for the first time, so you can start enjoying the superior window management capabilities right away.  The program triggers whenever the user drags an application, which then displays the user's snapping layout.

Managing your windows in this manner is very intuitive, and the customizable layouts are very useful. When looking to customize your snapping areas, the Designer provides an interface suitable even for the most granular of adjustments, with measurements and all.

The program furthers its functionality aspects in several other ways. Users can choose how they mouse and keyboard interact with their layouts, and even set hotkeys to help with their window managing.

Application Groups also makes for an enticing feature: through it, users can force certain applications to adhere to their snapping layouts, without so much as dragging a window. Everything can be configured under the Apps tab.

Interestingly, themes are can likewise be configured, so users to personalize the look of their snapping areas to give them a more distinct character.
