There’s a high chance you get bored of the same picture over and over again on your desktop background, even though Windows makes it quite easy to have multiple pictures rotated as your wallpaper. Taking everything into consideration, we can state that Wallpaper Changer isn’t really fitted with the tools you expect to find in a wallpaper manager. Sure enough you can change the background image for different users, even over LAN, but this needs to be done one user at a time, which is quite time-consuming and frustrating.
