Wallpaper Manager is a light application that allows you to set an automatic cycle timer schedule for your favorite images so that you can enjoy a fresh and exciting desktop.

The utility comes with an outdated and old-school interface that consists of the main window split into two sections. While the left region is dedicated for loading and deleting images as well as saving lists, the right panel enables you to preview the pictures you are considering setting up as wallpapers.

Moreover, the app enables you to specify whether you prefer the images to be exhibited as stretched, tiled or centered. Unfortunately, you cannot set the aforementioned parameter for each photo separately. It would also be useful if the program allowed you to create slideshows, so that the pictures are displayed with special effects that enhance their appearance.
