Working with your keyboard and mouse is an essential part of using your computer, and there's a reason this combo has been the go-to for decades.

But what if you happen to prefer using your keyboard more, and would thus want to delegate more functions to it? There are several tools you can use to leverage its functionality, and Sokan is among them: organize your windows through the program's hotkeys and improve your productivity.

The simplicity of this program makes it a very appealing choice to anyone wanting more out of their keyboard. Upon booting it up, users can make use of the hotkeys to freely resize their windows.

The shortcuts are easy to memorize, and it isn't hard to access them: the CTRL+ALT keys together, along with numbers 1 through 9 on your Numpad, will resize the focused window in various ways. This way, you can quickly cycle through them to pick the one that best fits your use case.

Currently, there is no way to customize them in any way, so there'll be a period of accommodation once you start using the app. Still, it didn't take us long to include the shortcuts into our workflow, and once we did, we saw improvements in our productivity.
