Prevent Screen Locking/Sleep Free is a pretty straightforward application.

Its aim is to keep your screen accessible without any system adjustments for moments when you'd prefer to have your documents downloading even when you are not in front of your machine or when something is playing in the background, and you're not there to supervise it or simply when expecting a call from someone via any number of social media applications.

There really isn't much to discuss this program in terms of functionality. Its interface keeps it very simple. There is one single accessible button and a plethora of warnings and notes tied to its functionality. In fact, I was quite surprised to see warnings that detail potential threats if you leave your PC with this app active while not supervising it.

Likewise, when activating it via the only existing button, a prompt will tell you the implications of having that button pushed. The description is accurate and not at all annoying. The interface can be resized to fit whatever corner of your screen you think is best.

A problem you might relate to is not wanting to adjust settings in the system for fear of not messing stuff up. I know I find this scenario worrying so in order to bypass this issue while still getting the functionality I wanted out of my machine, I used this program and to be honest, I do not regret it one bit. Changed system settings are instantly reverted upon app deactivation.

Another thing worth noting is the fact that its usage has no effect on peripherals attached to your machine, such as a mouse or keyboard. This program works exactly as designed, does not use any resources, and will never bother you unless it is being summoned.
