Counter Strike is a game series known for its competitive nature, so it's no surprise at all seeing how much of that carried over to the last installment, Global Offensive. In the last few years, Valve has introduced a Game State Integration (GSI) layer, which allows developers to pull in-depth data about the proceedings of a match. Suffice to say, this information is quite inaccessible to the casual user, which is where CSGSITools comes in.
Per its name, the tool is an attempt to offer a CS:GO Game State Integration tool, where users have the freedom of interacting with GSI-related information. This information can range anywhere from whether a given SteamID is in-game, to how a match is proceeding, how many rounds have been played, and so on. Through the GSI framework, users can even see whether the bomb has been planted, or if a specific player's character is still alive.
What can one do with all this data, however? A few automation tasks can be engaged through the tool. For example, the end user can be alerted when a match reaches full-time, and even have the program automatically boot up the game for them. Automatically changing the Steam State is likewise possible: you can have the tool automatically hide your online presence to your friends, and so forth.
