Dungeon Maker Sketch provides you with all the tools you need to create your own dungeon maps. But you should not stop there; instead let your imagination run wild and create more than simple dungeons. With the wonderfully hand-drawn assets, you can customize and fill all the rooms you build with different objects that can add more personality to your creations.

It can be used by both people who are interested in such crafting as a hobby and by people who want to create dungeons for their games in an easy way. As soon as you open the program, you are welcomed with a big white canvas from where you can place the various objects provided in the menu below it. You can place walls, floors, different types of furniture and other objects in a smooth way. You can rotate and delete them as you prefer, but you cannot select an already placed object, which is unfortunate.

What I like, though, is the fact that it uses layers to place objects, and if you wish to delete everything, let's say below your furniture, you can do that without messing anything else up. The controls are simple, and you can build with ease and choose between aligning the objects to a grid or placing them freely, where you want them to be.

Dungeon Maker Sketch is a program I enjoy using, as it lets you experiment and have fun with the tools it has. The app was created with the concept of being simple to use, but also to give as much freedom as it could for its user, the limits being only your imagination and ideas, allowing you to create your battle maps or recreate other favorite dungeons from the games you played.
