The developers of the Rogue Company game chose to limit the FPS rate to 150 frames per second to make sure the graphics card of the host computer is not overheating, no matter the hardware configuration of the machine. However, monitors with a high refresh rate can support more than the default so it is a shame not to get higher FPS rates. That is where the aforementioned application comes in.
