You are not required to go through an installation process, as this product is portable. This means that the Windows registry is not going to be updated with any new entries without your prior approval.

This utility enables you to configure a very large number of options for a new INI file, while it can also help you edit an old one. For example, it enables you to specify whether you want the IM to always stay on top of other options, show it in the taskbar, enable a keyboard shortcut for it and launch it at Windows startup.

Overall, Setup.ini Configuration Tool is efficient and reliable, and a pretty good choice for Bopup users. In our tests it did not pop up any errors, crash or hang.
