Vypress Messenger

Vypress Messenger is a software program that allows any user to send without delay, messages and files, with the help of a peer to peer architecture.

This program was specifically designed so that big companies will be able to use it through their LAN, WAN or Intranet (computer network that uses Internet Protocol tech to share operational system, information and so on) connections.

Vypress has an easy to use interface, so that everybody will be able to conveniently send the messages and files that they want to. On the left side of the main window, you can see a tree like structure in which you are able to see all the messages you have sent or received with time stamps and dates, but also all the sent and received items.

A nice feature that this instant messaging program can provide is the ability to add a signature. This means that every time you send a message, be it to a specific person or to an entire group, the receiver(s) is going to see your signature. This helps avoid confusion, especially when you send messages to a big group of people.

You will also be able to create groups of people, so as to find a certain person with a lot more ease. For example, you can group people depending on the department they work in. This way, if you have to transmit something to an entire department, you can do it with just a few clicks.

In order to find certain files or conversations, you should know that this app has a search tool incorporated. With it, you will be able to look in the sent or received messages, or in both.
