Extended Preferences is a plugin that adds additional preferences to Pidgin, commonly called for in the past from Pidgin users
The added functions are either already implemented and hidden in the main application, or trivial to implement via a plugin.

What's new in Extended Preferences 0.7:
- This version is fully compatible with the Pidgin name and API change. It will no longer compile or load with any version branded as "Gaim."
- Changed the tooltip preference to include an on/off checkbox to make it clearer how to disable the tooltip
- "Hide Buddy List at Signon" is now "Hide Buddy List at Startup" and should behave very predictably with no blinking windows
- Some general improvements to the build scripts have been made
