Wittybee Desktop App is an application designed to bring teams together so that they can communicate more efficiently, synchronize files and keep track of the progress they are making to complete a project.

After a quick and straightforward setup, you come face to face with an appealing and intuitive inteface. The main consists of a medium-size window that displays the latest activities (posts, updates, files addded, etc.) from the groups you joined. In case you want to view more details, then you can access the See all activities and check out the local and server times for the posts.

You should know that the program enables you to turn the synchronization on and off whenever necessary, a feature that can come in handy when you are almost out of free storage space. The app downloads the updated files on your local drives and you can locate them quickly by hitting the Open Wittybee folder button. It would have been nice if the notifications were displayed in a way that could help you better distinguish them at first glance.

The program comes with several customization features that can help you check up the updates and immediately know the status of a shared file. Simply put, you can configure the app to overlay the sync status icons over the files and specify the types of notifications you would like to receive.

In case you want to make sure you do not miss an important notification, you can set the utility to play a sound for messages, overdue tasks and reminders. Alternatively, you can receive alerts for file conflicts, tagged messages or the critical alerts if you are very busy. Moreover, you can turn on the Do Not Disturb status for the times when you have a hectic schedule.
