You will be able to record messages up to two minutes long and send them to your colleague. This is great as you can continue working while you talk, and will it only take another second of your time to send the message.

If you have to show a colleague something from your desktop, then you don't need to worry. Yac also allows you to send video recordings of your screen. You just need to click on the button next to the microphone one and then press send when you're done.
