MythusFlashDown is a software utility that enables you to quickly have access to SWF documents available on the desired websites, as well as download them with a simple mouse click. In order to achieve this, all you are required to do is to enter the URL of the preferred web page and the application retrieves all of the available Flash content.

Thus, every file is neatly displayed in the adjacent list, along with its name and status. In order to save the items, you simply have to select the ones you need, or you can just save all of them at once into the desired folder. The built-in viewer enables you to preview every document before saving it, so that you can be sure you are downloading the right files.

Beside being able to download the SWF documents directly from the source website, the application also allows you to scan and view your temporary Internet files, in case you forgot the address for a specific item. You can also view the file size of each animation, to give you a slight idea about its quality and duration.

Just as with the web section of the utility, you can preview the items before saving them, using the integrated player. Unfortunately, due to the nature of temporary files, their names are usually randomly generated and it can be very difficult to find what you are looking for, especially if you are dealing with a large number of documents.

MythusFlashDown does not provide you with too many features and options, but it does achieve its purpose by enabling you to grab the desired Flash content. Although it does not always function correctly, the built-in player allows you to preview the files before downloading them, which makes it much easier to retrieve what you need.
