QuickEmailer

Developed in C#, QuickEmailer is a small-sized application that facilitates a simple means of sending emails to multiple recipients at the the same time via SMTP.

It features several advanced settings that are intuitive enough to be figured out by any type of users, even those less experienced with mailing utilities.

The GUI is user-friendly, represented by a large window that doesn't put emphasis on graphical elements, yet it's easy to navigate. It has a neatly structured layout and gives you an overview of all options.

Before running this tool, it's necessary to create TXT or CSV files with the email addresses you want to send messages to. After loading such a file in QuickEmailer, you can specify the SMTP server, port number, user name and password, enter the sender's name and email address, ask the tool to send the message as HTML, as well as log on anonymously.

Once you're entered the subject and typed or pasted the outgoing email message from the Clipboard, you can send it on its way with one click. Apart from the fact that you can save settings for the next session, there are no other notable features available.

The entire program's packed in a single .exe file that can be saved anywhere on the disk or copied to a removable storage unit, in order to directly run it on any computer with minimum effort.

Just keep in mind that .NET Framework must be installed, otherwise it won't launch. It doesn't create new entries in the system registry, though, so it doesn't increase the risk of Windows stability issues.

It worked smoothly in our evaluation, without causing the operating system to hang, crash or show errors. It left a small footprint on the computer's performance, running on a low amount of CPU and RAM.

In conclusion, QuickEmailer offers a simple and straightforward solution to help you send messages to multiple people at the same time, whether we're talking about newsletters, marketing campaigns, daily product offers, or anything else.
