AutoMSW

AutoMSW is a lightweight application that is able to send multiple emails to your friends, customers or other contacts. This tool can help you facilitate the entire process of sending emails by providing a clean interface and useful options.

The GUI is straightforward and allows users to perform several actions on the go. There are three different methods for sending emails, and you may opt for the first one which uses the built-in SMTP server to send your emails directly to the recipient, since you only need to provide a valid email address.

The second method allows users to send emails to the specified SMTP server, and you need to specify the email server, email address, username, password and port, while the last sending option uses MAPI-compatible email clients, such as Outlook, Outlook express, AOL, and others.

Once you have chosen the sending method, you can proceed with specifying the location of your mailing lists. You cannot manually enter the email addresses of your contacts, as you are required to upload a list. AutoMSW can work with two file formats, namely plain text or CSV.

You can specify a subject and message for your emails. It is possible to send plain text and HTML messages. Unfortunately, you cannot drag and drop the files directly into the main window, so you should use the built-in browse button. The generated messages can be previewed.

The program offers users the possibility of adding attachments to your messages, and keeps a log that contains information about sent or failed emails.

You can make AutoMSW schedule a sending session by picking the date and hour, as well as specify the pause (in seconds) between emails, and the number of threads.
