CodeTwo Email Signatures

CodeTwo Email Signatures is an application developed to help you build and deploy email signatures and disclaimers for Microsoft Outlook, OWA and Office 365, as well as Google Apps. It has a rich library with templates and lets you create projects from scratch.

It's wrapped in a pleasant working environment with an intuitive structure, which contains panes for viewing data in HTML, plain text and RTF format. Creating, editing, deleting and deploying policies can be done from this administration panel. Apart from Outlook, Office 365 and Google Apps, they can be built for OWA 2007, 2010 or 2013 editions.

It's necessary to select the users to apply policies for (e.g. email addresses, organizational units, Active Directory users or groups), create a user list with exceptions, as well as design signature templates with a feature-rich editor built into the app.

CodeTwo Email Signatures' editor is capable of converting data to plain text, RTF or HTML format. It enables you to configure office-level font and paragraph settings (e.g. size, type, alignment, numbered lists), as well as insert tables, local pictures, hyperlinks, horizontal lines and special characters. Moreover, you can remove text tags and set up dynamic fields (e.g. rotating image or text, current date and time, QR code image).

It's possible to organize policies in different categories, transform Active Directory placeholders into user data to personalize the signatures, preview signatures, edit and duplicate policies, as well as export and import them. Once everything is set, you can deploy the policy for a preferred application.

CodeTwo Email Signatures is packed in an attractive interface with interactive elements for designing signatures and policies. It has several templates in the library, along with a rich editor for customizing the content. It's geared toward experienced users.
