CodeTwo Outlook Export is a handy plugin that allows you to do just that. It gives you the possibility to export to CSV non-standard user-defined fields from Outlook. In order to properly run, the program requires Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer.

The application helps you export information from Outlook to CSV files, even fields that are not usually covered by the standard data exporter. CodeTwo Outlook Export allows you to selectively export data from your Outlook email account to CSV files, then edit the way it is saved in the document. For example, you can change the way a standard name of a field is saved in the output CSV, such as replacing “Notes” with “Memo”.

Aside from this, you have the option to select the separator between the saved fields in your CSV file, as well as the text qualifier.
