Export Tool for Mail App

Migrating and transferring email data from one format to another can pose some challenges, especially when such operations arise when switching between email providers and different clients. The Windows Mail App is well known to be a subject of such migrations, and this is where Export Tool for Mail App comes into play.

This application was designed specifically in order to provide users with a means to transfer their email data from the Windows Mail and People apps to Outlook or other email platforms, in a customizable manner.

The main working principle behind the application relies on accessing the local mail database and copying the messages and contacts from the database into PST or OST files and automatically creates corresponding links for these files, for the Outlook profile.

Simultaneously with the aforementioned process, the app also creates and configures corresponding IMAP or POP3 accounts, leaving users with nothing to do but fill in their corresponding login credentials.

The app also allows users to convert the Mail App and People App contacts into EML or VCF formats, which will basically enable one to transfer the messages and contacts into third-party email clients for a variety of data types.
