Creating a feedback form for the users who visit your website requires knowledge in web development and basic experience in working with languages such as PHP. Feedback is a lightweight package designed to help you overcome this inconvenient and create a form that your visitors can use to send you their opinion, without having to use a dedicated e-mail client.

The major advantage of an embedded feedback form within a website is related to security, since your e-mail address is not revealed to the visitors and therefore, there is no way that they can use it to send you spam or messages that might contain malware components.

The package comprises two separate components, namely 'CryptString' and 'Feedback'. The first application is used for specifying the URL of the feedback form and generating a configuration file. You can add a custom description to the form.

The result is automatically sent to a PHP script that can be included in the website structure. As for security, the URL is protected using the blowfish encryption algorithm, in order to make sure that your contact details are hidden.

The main window of the application shows you how the feedback form will actually look like. Users must configure the e-mail details by providing their name, the e-mail address, the message subject and content. The e-mail is sent with a single click on the designated button.

Feedback features proxy support and is easy to work with. However, it does require PHP knowledge in order to use the generated script into the website or web application.
