Quick Email Sender is a relatively simple program that enables you to send emails without using your web browser. It supports Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook, GMX and mail.com, and it features a minimalistic user interface.

If you send a lot of messages on a daily basis, reserving a browser tab for your email account is practically a necessity. Of course, you can rely on a desktop email client, but these tend to be quite complicated to set up.

Quick Email Sender is a simple alternative designed only to help you send emails, as it does not allow you to check your inbox. It lacks advanced features, naturally, but it may be just the thing for many users.

When sending a message, you can choose from multiple email services, including Gmail and Yahoo Mail. As expected, you need to provide your account credentials, but the process is very straightforward.

After writing the message and entering the recipient’s address, the email can be sent pretty much instantly. However, it is also possible to attach a file and define the message’s priority level.

When not in use, Quick Email Sender can be minimized to the tray area, so it should never get in your way while performing other tasks. However, you need to select the option from the File menu in order to send the application to the system tray, which is not exactly convenient.

On the whole, Quick Email Sender needs some more polish, but it can still prove to be very useful. It can only be used to send emails, as it does not offer the features found in more complex email clients, but it is lightweight and very simple to use.
