Dealing with email-sending campaigns, be it that your main concern is visibility, setting up a marketing campaign, performing bulk sending, or, just ensuring that the mailing lists are valid, having the right means to define events such as meetings and sending corresponding invitations to numerous addresses, can make big difference. MeetOnBehalf is an Outlook utility that addresses such requirements.

This add-on was designed specifically in order to offer users a tool that can allow them to send email invitations from their alias email addresses. The main working principle around which the add-on’s functionality revolves is centered on adding the preferred aliases first, and then having them readily available for selection when wanting to set up the meeting-sending scheme.

You will be able to either add or remove aliases, and select the dedicated add-on panel to be displayed for meeting cancelations, responding to accept meeting requests, responding to tentatively accept meeting requests, or responding to decline meeting requests.

Last but not least, working with the app will allow you to select the preferred aliases from the drop-down list, populate the corresponding fields of the email message, and send the meeting requests, all from within the same, centralized interface.
