The entire program's wrapped in a single executable file that can be saved in a custom location on the disk or copied to a removable storage unit, in order to seamlessly launch Opt-In List Extractor on any computer. It doesn't need any DLLs to run and doesn't add new entries to the Windows registry. However, it automatically creates an INI file in the same location as the EXE, where it keeps your configuration settings.

It's packed in a user-friendly interface that consists of a single window with a plain appearance, showing all options available. You can get started by populating the task list with as many text documents as you want to combine.

It's possible to exclude fields instead of email domains, separate the email lists by domains and sort them, specify a single file or folder to save the output results, generate one file for each source file, set the output filename suffix, and select the delimiters (tab, command, others).

Moreover, the utility can be asked to extract emails only, sort them alphabetically, and remove duplicates. The whole operation can begin with one click.

We haven't come across any kind of stability issues in our tests, thanks to the fact that the software application didn't freeze, crash or prompt error messages. It left a small footprint on system resources consumption, running on a low amount of CPU and RAM.
