Rugicon

Rugicon is a lightweight software application whose purpose is to help you use insert your own emoticons in your Outlook emails, besides Windows Live Messenger custom ones. It is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and 7.

The tool can be installed on the aforementioned operating systems, provided that you have Microsoft Outlook deployed on the target computer. Outlook is included in Microsoft Office suite which also comes bundled with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, InfoPath, OneNote, Project, SharePoint Designer, and Visio tools.

Outlook is designed specifically for helping you manage your email and allows you to block unwanted email, automatically delete emails based on rules, sort emails using smart filters, view email photos with the aid of slideshows, chat on Skype while you check your Inbox, and migrate existing email from Gmail, Yahoo!, or other services.

The gallery with emoticons is automatically updated as you add new emoticons to the list without having to restart Outlook in order to view the new adjustments. The program also comes with support for several built-in emoticons.

Rugicon offers you the possibility to get rid of copying and pasting functions each time you want to insert a custom emoticon in your emails and provides a straightforward approach for helping you add user-defined emoticons.The result is that you can personalize your email messages.
