Unifyo Outlook

Unifyo Outlook is a lightweight tool that aims to help you merge the contact details across multiple accounts and social networks. The add-in is available from the Outlook interface which makes it easier to search for a contact when you need to send emails.

The main goal of the application is to provide access to all your contact information in order to use the available relationships. It is designed for sales persons and professionals who use Outlook to send messages to customers.

Thus, you need to authorize the app by entering the login details for Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, Zendesk, Highrise and Salesforce. The Salesforce account allows you to stay in touch with other team members and request introductions.

Unifyo also supports Exchange and IMAP email accounts in order to merge the contact details. Once connected to the desired accounts, you can search for a contact by using tags or just typing the name.

The profiles detected in all your accounts can be merged in order to access the phone numbers, email addresses or Facebook profile details from one location. You also have the option to manually add details such as email, location, company or Twitter id.

In the Unifyo panel you can also view the latest tweets or email messages which can be opened in a separate window. If you need to remember important details about a contact, you have the option to create notes.
