VOVSOFT - EML Converter

You might think that VOVSOFT - EML Converter is a software utility for migrating EML mailbox files and, in a way, it is. Except that it does not allow you to convert EML mailboxes to other email file formats but to HTML or TXT files.

This application comes in handy when you need to explore the contents of EML files or save the data inside the email quickly. It allows you to view the body, the sender’s and the recipient’s names, and explore attachments.

The simpler the purpose, the simpler the interface. VOVSOFT - EML Converter comes with a two-sided GUI that enables you to explore the contents in your EML mailboxes.

You start by adding the input files manually, one by one, but note that it is also possible to select a folder and let the application handle the rest: search for the compatible EML files and import them. In other words, batch operations are supported by VOVSOFT - EML Converter.

While the left side of the window hosts a list of all the input files in a structured table, along with their size, the right side is there to display all the contents inside the selected EML file.

The application reveals the original email message, along with the sender, the recipient, the subject and the date, as well as other details, such as priority, thread, topic and content type. You also get to see the email in HTML and TXT format, explore parts of it and view if any files are attached to it. Exporting to HTML or TXT format is a matter of a few clicks.

While VOVSOFT - EML Converter cannot migrate EML mailboxes to other mail formats, it can export the contents of the emails as HTML or plain text files. The entire process is a breeze, the interface is user-friendly and batch conversions are possible. However, if you are looking for a mail migration tool, this is not it.
