Emails are a great way to send and receive message over the Internet, thanks to their versatility and speed.

They are especially useful in the case of big companies and business, since they can reach hundreds of people at once in a very short amount of time and with very few spent resources.

VmbMail is an application that enables you to send email messages in bulk to a large number of addresses at the same time, as well as add file attachments and choose between HTML and plain text formatting. The emails can contain the usual information, such as subject, carbon copy and the actual message body.

Since there can be hundreds of employees in a company, the application allows you to simplify the address adding process by importing CSV files containing all the required information. You can also create such files yourself directly from VmbMail's interface and save them to your computer for future use. The CSV document can contain the name, surname, email and subject for every entry, as well as file attachments.

To send the messages, the application needs to connect to a SMTP host. This host can be your own, or any other server that you might know. You can choose the connection port and even activate the SSL encryption, to keep the data private and secure on its journey to the destination.

VmbMail also allows you to automate the mailing process, by choosing a specific date and time to send the emails, instead of dispatching them on the spot. This way, you have the option to schedule mass email messages to your employees for various types of situations.
