Mail Them Pro

Mail Them Pro is a software application that provides fast email delivery via SMTP. It can be used for mailing newsletters and managing a long list of recipients.

After a brief and uneventful setup procedure that does not require any special input from the user, you are welcomed by a standard interface with a well-organized layout.

The first order of business is to make the necessary configurations for sending and receiving emails via SMTP. Thus, you can input the SMTP server, enable a secure connection, write personal information, and specify SMTP authentication credentials. You can select the UI language and character set.

When it comes to sending emails, you can select the message type and priority, insert tags, conditions and attachments, as well as write HTML code and preview it. Messages can be saved to HTML or TXT files.

It is possible to insert as many recipient email addresses as you want: you can either type in each one of them, or insert mailing lists from CSV or TXT files. You may also create an exclusion list, define filters and select the sending method (direct delivery, personal copy, blind carbon copy).

Last but not least, you can make adjustments concerning the inbound messages in regard to handling subscribe and unsubscribe requests, and bounced messages. The project can be saved to file for further modifications.

Mail Them Pro includes a help file, has a good response time and uses a pretty low quantity of CPU and system memory, thus it doesn't hog the computer's resources. We have not encountered any issues throughout our evaluation, since the app did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. Thanks to its intuitive layout yet advanced settings, Mail Them Pro should please the entire audience.
