Universal TCP/IP File Transfer is a lightweight utility designed for users who want a convenient way to share files by the TCP/IP protocol. The protocol is not only one of the most commonly used transfer methods nowadays, but it is also a stable, well-established etiquette that is appreciated for the good failure recovery and high error-rate handling.

It is worth mentioning that the program does not really have options, but what you can do is change the folder where the files are stored. In case you leave it by default, then the app creates a folder dubbed Transfers on the same location as the executable file.

While the idea of the tool is to provide a very simple data transfer option, it would have been nice if the app allowed you to create a username and password, so that you can benefit from a higher level of security.
