Optimize Chrome settings to restore performance and make the browser run in mint condition again, thanks to this easy-to-use extension #Clean Chrome #Optimize Chrome #Chrome optimizer #Chrome #Cleaner #Clean
You've probably noticed that, after using a web browser for a longer period of time, it starts to become laggy and sometimes causes unexpected crashes. This happens even with the best browsers like Firefox or Chrome, although they're in mint condition after installation.
However, this is all normal since a web browser has a cache that gets bigger and bigger each time you visit new websites, in an effort to load everything faster the next time you reload those pages. This is just one aspect that can greatly decrease a browser's performance.
Thankfully, each Internet navigator comes with built-in settings for disabling features or clearing content to help make its performance better again. Unless you're interested in learning how to tweak these settings, you can use Chrome Cleaner Pro if you're a Chrome user.
Chrome Cleaner Pro is a Chrome extension that gives you the possibility to effortlessly perform a cleanup. Although it contains "pro" in its name, the addon is free to use and contains no forms of adware, like banners or third-party component offers.
To be able to set it up, you must give it permission to read and change all your data on the websites you visit, display notifications, as well as to manage your apps, extensions and themes. Afterward, it can be seamlessly accessed by clicking its icon next to the address bar in Chrome.
As far as cleanup options are concerned, the extension can clear the cache of visited websites and used applications, cookies, list of downloaded files (only the list, not the actual files), filesystem information, autofill information, history of accessed URLs, IndexedDB data, serverBoundCertificates, stored passwords, WebSQL data, and unwanted browser extensions.
If you're interested in knowing what each option is responsible for, click its description text to go to the corresponding setting in Chrome. Unfortunately, this doesn't work accurately for all options. For example, clicking "File Systems" merely opens the Chrome settings panel, so it's unclear where you should look for file systems data.
Buttons are available for selecting and deselecting all options, restoring the default selection, as well as for removing all recent browser data, from the past hour to all data ever.
