Colorgram for Chrome

For those of us working from our computers all the time, the fact that we can access and use Instagram from our desktop browser is quite handy.

While Instagram's desktop website is pretty well-designed, considering the fact that it doesn't provide GUI themes can make things a bit stale.

That said, if you want to enrich your Instagram browsing experience while using your computer, we suggest you check out Colorgram for Chrome.

Colorgram (also available for Firefox and Edge) provides you with over 20 interchangeable GUI themes for Instagram.

It can be installed quite easily from the Chrome Web Store and, just like most extensions, it lives in the browser toolbar, right next to the address bar.

To change the way Instagram's feed looks, simply open an Instagram page, click the extension's icon, and choose any theme that suits your style from the sidebar.

Alternatively, you can access the extension's Options section (right-click the extension's icon and select "Options") and select a theme from the provided list. After you previewed a full-screen screenshot with the selected theme, simply click "Apply."

Considering that every month, millions or probably billions of people use Instagram, getting bored of how the web app looks is almost a given.

Regardless of why you might want to change the way your Instagram looks, Colorgram for Chrome is bound to help. It provides a series of nice themes with smooth color palettes that can be applied with a few mouse clicks.

It's too bad that the extension doesn't offer more in terms of configurations, however, we think that that has more to do with Instagram's limitations and not with Colorgram's ability to do so.
