DocHub extension for Chrome

DocHub is a Chrome extension that easily connects with an online application with the same name. As a Chrome extension only, it integrates with Gmail for allowing you to sign and edit in-email documents. All signatures or initials created with DocHub are secure and previously saved in your account – you can draw, send a secure text with an invitation, or scan a given QR code to make the signature by hand, using your phone included; optionally, it will allow for image upload.

Installing the Chrome extension will add a small icon in your toolbar and a button in Gmail when mouse hovering onto the PDF-inserted email file. The button opens an editor that displays the document, in edit mode, in a DocHub editor where you have all prior created signatures and the possibility to add new ones.

After adding your signature (alternatively, you can just add your handwritten initials or upload an image of those), it is possible to add minor file modifications and insertions. A copy of the altered document will be saved in the online app, in your account. The document that was signed or mildly modified (in Gmail) will now automatically be inserted in a new email, a draft, and will await to be sent (obviously, with additional input or information from the document editor).

DocHub offers an online app that can also be found in the Chrome Web Store. The advantage of this tool is: it integrates with Google docs and your Drive files, with Dropbox, your computer files, and any other existing webpages. Same as the extension used for Gmail only, all documents edited in other places will be saved with a copy in your personal DocHub document-making laboratory.

What can you do there? A lot more: create new files/documents, draw vector-based elements, add insertions, send signature requests to other people (via email or shareable link), establish priority and level of access, download or export the document, merge the document with other files, save or copy it, add the file to a series of templates, etc.

You can build a collaborative environment where alongside other people, the creation of online and secure files, contracts, or other types of documents is possible.

DocHub is a tool that offers a series of features that make it stand out as a reliable, competitive service.
