Click the extension’s icon to open it, and your bookmarks will then appear. Your folder structure will be kept intact, so you’ll be able to navigate to your preferred content and organize it just as you would normally.

Right-clicking an entry will display a context menu, where you’ll be able to edit the entry’s name, add new folders and separators, as well as sort your bookmarks by name.

If the default manager is a bit of a letdown in terms of customization, then you’ll be happy to know that this one is really much more configurable. You can manage the add-on's general behavior, scale its UI to your needs, and choose what certain mouse actions do in relation to your bookmarks.

Popup my Bookmarks for Chrome is a solution to consider if you’re after a Firefox or Edge-like bookmarks manager, but don’t necessarily want to give up Chrome. I find this is a good middle ground, especially if you're used to Chromium, but want to customize it a little more to suit your tastes and needs: after all, that is the goal of add-ons, so this one is very much welcome.
