Where to Stream is an extension for Chrome designed to help you find the service where you can enjoy the latest episode of your TV show or a newly released movie.

The installation is standard for any Chrome extension and you should be able to view the settings as soon as you are on one of the supported streaming services. According to the developer, the tool works with all the well-known services, including Metacritic, Letterboxd, Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb.

You can get started by selecting your country and the available streaming options, which include Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Go, HBO Max, Peacock, Hulu and Disney Plus. You can specify whether you prefer the app to show the rent and buy options before saving the settings. The results of the stream are displayed in the dedicated menu. You can also configure the tool to provide notifications so that you get a popup when the stream is available in your region.

The extension currently supports 44 countries and it is unclear whether the list will be extended in the future. At the same time, the tool includes a backup plan for the times when you cannot find what you are looking for, namely Similar movies. As the name suggests, the tool provides recommendations on movies and shows that meet the genre of your search.
