Installing the extension is easily done by simply dragging and dropping the downloaded file onto the main window of Firefox. One of its most important advantages is that it does not require a browser restart.

A new button should immediately appear in the browser toolbar, representing the symbol of a QR code. If you can't find it, just choose to customize the displayed items and manually add the new button to the toolbar.
