Nowadays, you are no longer limited to local radio stations, as audio streams have made it possible to listen to music or news from any location around the world. However, accessing these streams is not always that simple, unless you have a specialized application to help you out.

MoYoM Radio is a fairly straightforward program that enables you to store and listen to online radio stations. It features a minimalistic, if slightly outdated interface, and relies on Windows Media Player for audio playback.

The application is very useful because it allows you to store every radio station you frequently listen to, and then play them with a couple of mouse clicks.

When adding a new station, you need to name it, provide a URL and logo image, as well as write a short description. However, it would have been great if you had the option of saving a station without assigning a logo, as one may not always be available.

Also, when editing a radio station, you cannot change the link that was provided initially, so you may have to create a new entry if the URL has changed.

It is possible to provide the local path to a playlist file instead of a URL, but the application does not allow you to browse to its location, which means you have to grab the full path from the File Explorer and paste it in the designated field.

You also have the option of extracting multiple playlist files from a ZIP archive, but the application does not add them to the radio stations list automatically.

Functionality aside, MoYoM Radio is not particularly impressive when it comes to looks. The interface seems to lack polish, and it appears to be out of date, although the application does allow you to customize the UI’s color theme and layout to a certain extent.

In conclusion, MoYoM Radio is a handy utility specially designed to help you manage and listen to online radio stations. It could use some improvements, however, as there is currently little reason to prefer it over established media players that offer streaming capabilities.
