Mobile TV Viewer for DVB

Having the ability to preview multiple Digital TV broadcasts simultaneously can be a great advantage when it comes to monitoring the respective signal or, performing associated tasks, whose scope pertains or playback and recording. Users can either rely on individual hardware for each broadcasting channel or, resort to specialized software, such as Mobile TV Viewer for DVB.

The application was designed specifically in order to provide users with specialized means for performing a simultaneous playback of up to 9 terrestrial Digital TV broadcasts, received through legacy receiver hardware, such as USB TV modems or PCIe TV cards.

There are four standards supported, DVB-T2, DVB-T, ATSC, and ISDB, and the application also comes equipped with multi-tuner approaches. Users will be able to work with DVB-T2 multi-PLM streams and preview the corresponding EPG. For the Transport Stream format, both recording and streaming are available.

Users must be aware that Mobile TV Viewer for DVB can be used with all RF receivers which have BDA legacy drivers, and this is the case with most vendors. Apart from this hardware requirement, the application will also require DirectX 9 or higher to be installed on users’ systems in order to function properly.
