There are different ways to go about staying up to date with the latest developments in a field. Doing so manually is what most of us do, but there are also ways to make this whole process a little less automatic, and ultimately more convenient. Some users may be somewhat familiar with what RSS may involve, but it essentially boils down to having feeds that grant users the ability to read the latest updates on their favorite websites, all in a readable format.

As it turns out, that's very useful for staying up-to-date with the news. Ark View puts this idea to use in what is an intuitive, Fluent design-based program, that allows one to keep up with the latest developments in a given field.

RSS readers come in all sorts of forms, and some are more efficient at presenting your content than others. This one features a decidedly modern design, which is quite welcoming to any type of user looking to try out this sort of solution. Articles are presented in a readable format, which is par for the course for an RSS reader, but it's notable how users can categorize their feeds, favorite important articles, and start reading in a clutter-free environment.

To begin, you'll have to select some categories that are of interest. Clicking a category will reveal a quite populous list of sources, and you're free to add as many or as few as you'd like. Of course, you can also go the manual route, and add a custom feed yourself: you'll just need a link that leads to it. When adding a source, you're also able to categorize it, so you can have an easier time with organizing your content.

Some sources can be troublesome to deal with. As it's an aggregator of sorts, your articles from Google News will not be displayed properly, as the text body will only feature a hyperlink to the respective article. To fix that, use the Extend function, and the program will automatically load the full article.

To further help with readability, the tool also features a text-to-speech function. If you expected a somewhat human voice to read your text aloud, you'll be slightly disappointed. The voice sounds very computerized.

Ark View is an overall solid RSS reader. It brings your favorite news sources under one interface, and even though we did encounter some problems with the loading of some images, that could be a problem that falls outside the purview of this program.
