This unobtrusive tool, which runs quietly in the system tray until called upon, can be used for restricting other users access to the Internet.

On the downside, it doesn’t let you set up passwords for encrypting the programs’ functions, open a document or run a file before accomplishing the task, and show popup or sound notifications.

During our testing we have noticed that Auto Net Disconnector carries out a task quickly, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. As it would be expected from such a small utility, it remains light on system resources, so it doesn’t burden the overall performance of the computer, nor interfere with other programs’ functionality.
