NetTimer is a small software application whose purpose is to help you monitor dial-up Internet connection and check out the time spent on it. The utility is able to keep an account of the phone bill and allows you to generate reports. It can be deployed on all Windows versions out there.

You can find NetTimer running quietly in the system tray. You can gain access to its set of configuration options by right-clicking on its tray icon. The configuration panel looks straightforward so you are not going to spend a lot of time tweaking the dedicated parameters.
