uView Explorer for Youtube is a smart application whose sole purpose is to help users watch/follow multiple channels across various video hosting platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Dailymotion, Netflix, PrimeVideo, etc. Despite YT being the only site mentioned in the name, the program is way flexible in that regard. As long as the video you are watching has a URL, you can import it without issues.

To start things off, one must add a service. A service can be a platform or a video. The supported platforms are easily accessible when opening the service menu. Pull their slider to the right, and a shortcut on the sidebar will be created, offering instant access to, let's say, YouTube than by opening a browser.

If you want to open a specific video, from an unlisted platform, copy the URL in the designated text box. Once the clip is scanned, a floating player will pop up. This PIP (picture-in-picture) player can be resized, and it sits on top of any running process. A very handy feature for those busy gaming or browsing the web, yet with extra space and attention for watching a video.

Besides watching videos, uView Explorer for YouTube is good for managing your accounts and channels as well. Sign in to your Netflix, Twitch, or YT accounts, and jump between them using the sidebar. The home page of each platform can be displayed within the app with ease. Notifications are not left out of the equation, you get those as sharp as with the original site, but the only thing you won't get is ads.

uView Explorer for Youtube is a surprisingly useful application for watching videos across more platforms and centralizing content under one single roof. Managing your channels and watching videos while taking care of any other tasks, are the main perks of this app, and for downsides, they are hard to identify, as the program offers exactly what is it advertised.
