DBF to Paradox Converter

DBF to Paradox Converter is a tiny and portable software application that gives you the possibility to seamlessly create Paradox database files from dBase DBF items. It supports batch processing, so you can convert multiple files at the same time to reduce the overall workload.

Since there is no setup pack involved, you can save the program files in any part of the disk and just click the executable to launch DBF to Paradox Converter. Another possibility is to save it to a pen drive or other removable storage unit to directly run it on any PC with minimum effort and no previous installations. More importantly, it doesn't create new entries in the Windows registry or Start menu, leaving no traces behind after removal.

The GUI is represented by a small window with a plain and simple structure, where you can use two Explorer-based folder trees to locate a directory containing dBase DBF files, along with a destination for the new Paradox database items.

It's possible to choose the .dbf files you want to process while excluding the rest, as well as to quickly go to another disk drive by selecting its letter from a drop-down list. There are no other notable options provided by this software application.

We haven't come across any stability issues in our tests, thanks to the fact that the program didn't hang, crash or display error messages. It's free, carries out conversion jobs rapidly, and doesn't put a strain on the computer's performance, using low CPU and RAM.

Unfortunately, the product hasn't been updated for a long time, and it needs a stronger set of options. Nevertheless, you can test it for yourself, since it's fast and straightforward.
