Nofeel FTP Server is a full-featured FTP server that allows users to download and upload files via the FTP protocol.

This isn't the kind of product aimed at rookies and you shall notice this from the very beginning, as the app boasts a bit cluttered GUI with tons of options.

It takes some time to get used to it, so get ready to discover plenty of features, all of them nicely organized in separate menus with intuitive names.

For example, the “Edit” menu holds settings for server, domain, users and groups, all of which can be instantly accessed with just a single click. Of course, advanced computer knowledge is required in order to correctly configure IP access, server replies and events and security settings.

The GUI uses a multi-panel GUI to provide instant access to the main features. You can for example quickly configure the maximum number of connections, but also to see the uptime, transfer speed and other server statistics. Tabs are being used to monitors connections, downloads, uploads or blocked IPs, but also to access the screen log and the past connections.

Nofeel FTP Server offers SSL/TLS support, which means that your newly-configured server is fully secure.

On the good side, Nofeel FTP Server works okay on all Windows versions, without the need for administrator privileges. On the other hand however, high-speed transfers lead to a moderate CPU usage that may slow down older machines.

All things considered, Nofeel FTP Server is an app that deserves a chance, but the market already holds some very interesting alternative products. Fast, stable and resource-friendly FTP servers already exist, so advanced users are very likely to look somewhere else after giving this one a try.
