Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM will give users access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM data through a Web browser on a mobile device. Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is installed on the server, not on the mobile device, and is configured in the Settings area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Downloading and installing Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM also downloads and installs Update Rollup 5 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (KB 970141) on your server, a tested, cumulative set of updates for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. It includes performance enhancements that are packaged together for easy deployment. It is highly recommended that you download and install Update Rollup 5 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (KB 970141) on your clients as well.

- Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is available only for Microsoft Dynamics CRM On Premise and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Service Provider Editions. It is not available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. - The current release of Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is available in English only.

Prerequisites: - Must be installed on a server running Microsoft Dynamics CRM On Premise or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Service Provider Editions. - You must have System Administrator permissions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server to install Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - If you installed a prerelease version of Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, uninstalling is recommended before you install this version.
