Perhaps one of the best features of Windows 11 is the possibility to install Android apps on the PC., which can be quite handy for anyone who enjoys various mobile games, as they take a lot of space and drain the battery. APK Installer is a tool designed to help users install various Android apps on Windows 10.

It is important to note that the tool does not work with all versions of Windows 10, but rather the ones that meet some minimum system requirements. Users need to make sure they have Windows 10 Build 17763 and above and that their device supports ARM. There are two ways the app can be installed, namely via a script and the Windows App installer.

Installing the tool via the script entails having downloaded the APK file before getting started. After that, the script should be opened via PowerShell and it will guide users through the rest of the process. Installing via the Windows App Installer entails turning on the side loading mode and installing all the packages within the Dependencies folder. At the same time, users need to install the certificate in the Trusted Root CA as Administrator. On a side note, the developer mode can be turned on, although it is not really necessary unless for UWP development.
