If you are likely to carry your phone anywhere you go, perhaps it can also help you manage your computer better as well. iController is an app that lets you control your computer from your phone.

The application doesn’t require installation, but you do need to connect your mobile phone and computer. When you start the app, it'll ask you to choose a port for the connection, and you should pick an unused port on your system.

After configuring the port, the application provides the web address, which you'll use to access the app's interface on your phone. You can find this address in the command line interface (CLI) output, typically following messages indicating the server is running, including lines specifying the addresses, such as 'http://127.0.0.1:3030' or 'http://192.168.1.130:3030'.

The direct advantage is that you can control your PC from anywhere in your home, eliminating the need to be directly in front of your computer. Moreover, you can perform tasks on your PC while moving around your home or office.

The best benefit, in my opinion, is that you can do certain tasks easier. For instance, controlling media playback or navigating presentations, can be more efficiently handled with touch-based controls on your phone compared to a traditional keyboard and mouse setup.
