The application doesn't take long to install and it doesn't come with a complicated setup that you would need to complete before you can actually use it. It sports a really intuitive graphical interface with some tools at hand.

Echo Portable can be stored on your USB driver and it can run directly there, making it a really nice portable application that you can use.

Before you start recording, you can adjust the input and output buffers, the delay time, the buffer size, depth, frequency and even volume. It doesn't come with any restrictions on the length of audio recordings which is quite nice.

The application even comes in multiple languages that you can choose from, pick from English and Czech. You can browse your computer and pick the output folder for your recordings.

The application comes with a quite extensive settings menu that allows you to make some changes to its functions and features. You can pick from multiple templates, place the icon in the start menu, on the desktop or run the application when you start up your computer.

You can also adjust the window background texture, color and show splash screen when the application starts. It comes with the option of browsing through a whole section with sample sounds.
