Wanting to sound your best when recording yourself is only natural, and besides improving the hardware of your setup, there's also the option of using software tools to help you along the way. Of course, to record your voice, you'll need a recording tool — but which one?

A solution that can record your voice, as well as help you edit the resulting audio, would be doubly helpful. That is essentially what FineShare FineVoice seeks to do: provide users with a tool to record themselves, while also affording them several functions to polish their recordings, and more.

The software is pretty modern, all things considered. It's got an interface that is easy to navigate through, and the design makes this solution accessible to anyone looking to record themselves.

Users can start by heading to the Record Projects menu, where they'll be able to start recording in just a few clicks. During the process, they may also introduce audio effects: with Pitch Shifter, Delay, and Reverb being the options. The entire process is quite seamless, as users can drag and drop the desired effects, and they'll automatically be applied to their recording.

The Home tab houses the Voice Toolbox, which offers several additional options for users to try: Text to Speech and Speech to Text work as you would expect, and there's also an Audio Extractor feature, which also needs no additional clarification.

Overall, the tool worked decently. The Audio File Voice Changer seems to be non-functional, however, as attempting to change your voice would export a blank audio file. The app would also get stuck on the Conversion menu, requiring a restart to fully function again.

Requiring users to register an account seems a bit redundant, so it's understandable for one to be reticent in creating one.

Save for a few hiccups along the way, FineShare FineVoice is a solution that should work just fine for most users.
